Great Things Start in Small Rooms

I just heard André 3000 say something during his Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction that stopped me in my tracks:

Great things start in small rooms.

That line gave me life again.

There are times when I’ve been sitting with moments of doubt wondering if my new studio space is too small, and if I can truly build the kind of creative community I dream about within its walls. It’s much more intimate than spaces I’ve had before, and sometimes that whisper of fear creeps in, suggesting that maybe small means limited.

But hearing that quote reminded me that some of the most powerful movements, connections, and transformations don’t begin in grand halls, they begin in small rooms filled with intention, heart, and people who show up.

NaRose Designs Studio was always meant to be more than just a physical space. It’s a place where creativity meets connection, where we breathe, make, and grow together. And maybe this smaller space is exactly what it needs to be… a cocoon for something greater.

If I can believe that small things create great impact for others, I have to believe it for myself too. This little studio will hold big dreams, bold creativity, and beautiful community.

Here’s to the small rooms that hold great beginnings.
