Creative Stillness Yoga w/Ashley
Mondays @ 6:30PM
Start your week with calm and intention. Each session opens with a brief mindfulness meditation, guiding you to slow your breath and release the day. You’ll move through a blend of Yin and Restorative yoga, settling into supported poses held for several minutes to encourage deep relaxation and mental stillness. Soft instrumental jazz adds a warm, soothing backdrop to the practice. The class ends with a short creative reflection or journaling to help you integrate your experience.

Mindful Morning Flow w/Gigi

This class is all about moving with intention and practicing mindfulness. We’ll flow at a gentle, unhurried pace, linking breath to movement while staying present in each moment. Every posture is an invitation to slow down, notice how you feel, and connect deeply with your body and mind. Perfect for beginners or seasoned yogis who want to release stress and invite calm. Midday Melt: Stretch & Reset w/Erica

Take a mindful pause between the morning's momentum and the afternoon’s demands. Midday Melt invites you to gently loosen tightness, release, stress, reconnect your natural rhythm through guided stretching and calm breath work. Each class includes a creative touch to help you ground your thoughts. It’s your space to exhale, reset, and return to your day, feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease.

Unwind & Align: Afternoon Stretch Hour w/Erica

Ease out of the day and into yourself. Unwind and a line is a guided stretch session at targets tightness standing each stretches, paired with mindful, breathing, and calm pacing to release stiffness and, balance, and focus. Each session blends, slow, mindful movement with a creative element to help you head into the evening refreshed and aligned.

Selah Sessions: A Midweek Pause & Creative Reflection
Wednesdays @ 6:00PM
Selah Sessions are midweek gatherings designed to help you breathe, reflect, and reconnect through quiet creativity and mindful stillness. Inspired by the Hebrew word Selah meaning to pause and reflect, each session invites you to rest, listen inwardly, and express what rises through art, journaling, or color.
We’ll begin with a simple centering practice and a verse or thought for reflection, followed by space to create in peace. Whether you draw from faith, mindfulness, or a desire for stillness, this hour offers restoration for your mind and renewal for your spirit.
Sit at a table, find a cozy corner, or stretch out on a mat, there’s no right way to “be still.”

Still Circle: Meditation & Mandalas

Step into stillness and color your calm.
The Still Circle is a peaceful blend of guided meditation and mindful mandala-making—a creative ritual designed to quiet the mind and awaken gentle reflection. Each session begins with breath and grounding, allowing you to settle into the present moment before moving into a simple creative practice centered around the sacred circle.
Leave with a one-of-a-kind mandala and a renewed sense of clarity, connection, and peace to carry into your weekend. -
Sunday Sound Bath Reset
Sundays @ 4:00PM
A 35-minute gentle sound bath designed to help you slow down, breathe, and begin again.
You’ll move through grounding breathwork, soothing crystal bowl vibrations, and a peaceful closing to carry clarity into your day.Mats and a few blankets are provided; feel free to bring your own for extra comfort.
