  • Creative Stillness Yoga w/Ashley

    Mondays @ 6:30PM

    Start your week with calm. Each session begins with a short mindfulness meditation to help you center your breath, release the day, and arrive fully in the moment. This evening class blends the grounding practice of Yin Yoga with the gentle support of Restorative poses, inviting you to soften, and quiet the mind. Each posture is supported and held for several minutes, allowing your body to unwind and your spirit to reset. The practice concludes with a creative reflection or journaling.

  • Mindful Morning Flow w/Gigi

    Tuesdays @ 9:30AM

    This class is all about moving with intention and practicing mindfulness. We’ll flow at a gentle, unhurried pace, linking breath to movement while staying present in each moment. Every posture is an invitation to slow down, notice how you feel, and connect deeply with your body and mind. Perfect for beginners or seasoned yogis who want to release stress and invite calm.   • Midday Melt: Stretch & Reset w/Erica

    Tues & Thurs @ 1:30PM

    Take a mindful pause between the morning's momentum and the afternoon’s demands. Midday Melt invites you to gently loosen tightness, release, stress, reconnect your natural rhythm through guided stretching and calm breath work. Each class includes a creative touch to help you ground your thoughts. It’s your space to exhale, reset, and return to your day, feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease.

  • Unwind & Align: Afternoon Stretch Hour w/Erica

    Tues & Thurs @ 3:45PM

    Ease out of the day and into yourself. Unwind and a line is a guided stretch session at targets tightness standing each stretches, paired with mindful, breathing, and calm pacing to release stiffness and, balance, and focus. Each session blends, slow, mindful movement with a creative element to help you head into the evening refreshed and aligned.

  • Selah Sessions: A Midweek Pause & Creative Reflection

    Wednesdays @ 6:00PM

    Take a sacred pause in the middle of your week. Selah Sessions invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and find renewal through mindful reflection and creativity.
    Each 60-minute session blends stillness and self-expression — the first half devoted to quiet reflection, the second to gentle creation.

    You may choose to color, journal, or rest as peaceful music plays. Sit at a table, relax on the couch, or stretch out on a mat — wherever you feel most at ease.

  • Still Circle: Meditation & Mandalas

    1st & 3rd Saturdays @ 8:30am

    Step into stillness and color your calm.
    The Still Circle is a peaceful blend of guided meditation and mindful mandala-making—a creative ritual designed to quiet the mind and awaken gentle reflection. Each session begins with breath and grounding, allowing you to settle into the present moment before moving into a simple creative practice centered around the sacred circle.
    Leave with a one-of-a-kind mandala and a renewed sense of clarity, connection, and peace to carry into your weekend.
