PRICING + DONATION STRUCTURE

Pricing: $55–$88 per participant (depending on project)

Donation: Flat donation of $10–$20 per person built into each ticket.

Group Size: Up to 15 participants (best experience: 10–12)

Duration: 2 hours (Additional time: $25 per 30 minutes)

    Light snacks are welcome.
    Refreshment cleanup fee: $25

    $100 deposit required to reserve your date.

    Timing

    Events are 2 hours. Additional time can be added.

    • How does the donation work?

      Each ticket includes a flat $10–$20 donation (based on the project). After the event, we total it and send the donation directly to your organization.

    • Can we bring food?

      Yes. Light snacks are welcome. A $25–$35 cleanup fee applies when food is brought in.

    • Do you offer offsite fundraisers?

      Sometimes. Offsite options may be available for larger groups or schools and include additional setup and travel fees. Just ask during the inquiry.

    • Is the deposit refundable?

      Yes. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and create your registration link.

    • What is the max group size?

      Up to 15 participants. The best experience is with 10–12 guests.

    • What ages can participate?

      Recommended for ages 5+. Some projects require ages 8+.
      Children under 12 must attend with an adult.

    • What projects are best for kids?

      Bracelet + Bead Bar, Word Stones & Affirmation Cards, DIY Keychains or Backpack Charms, Decorate-Your-Own Bag, Maker & Mover Kids, Parent + Me Workshops

    • What if we need more time?

      Additional time can be added in 30-minute increments for $25 each, based on availability.

    • Do participants need to bring anything?

      No. All materials are provided unless noted. Food items (if bringing) should come with your own napkins/utensils.

    • How do we share the registration link?

      We provide a private Acuity link that you can share by email, text, newsletters, or social media.

    • Can we add a wellness activity?

      Yes. You can include breathwork, stretching, journaling, or a mini sound pause for an added mindful touch.

    • What is your refund policy?

      Fundraisers follow our standard refund policy. Deposits are non-refundable. Individual cancellations are allowed within the timeframe listed in your confirmation email.

    • Can we pick any project?

      Most workshops can be adapted for fundraisers. If anything requires special pricing, we’ll let you know during planning.

    • Do you provide a donation receipt?

      Yes, we provide a donation summary after the event. Nonprofits may share an EIN if needed.
