Erica Henderson
STUDIO HOST/STRETCHING & CONDITIONING
Erica is a creative autodidact, venturing into the arts of authorship, dance choreography, and doula birth work. Since receiving her Bachelor's of Arts in Dance from the University of Houston, she's self-published two children's books, directed a pre-professional dance company for black youth, and aided mothers and expectant families in the education and autonomy of growing their families. Henderson has a multi-hyphenate portfolio centered around her love for emotional intelligence, bodily awareness, and overall expression.

Gigi is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, meditation guide, crystal and flower essences practitioner and professional artist who blends movement and creativity to help others find balance and self-expression. Her classes invite students to slow down, connect body, mind, and soul, and explore the art of mindfulness through yoga and creativity. Gigi’s gentle and inspiring approach creates a welcoming space where everyone can feel supported, relaxed, and inspired. Her work is deeply inspired by nature, mindfulness, and the beauty of self-discovery through creative expression.

Jen is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher and human resources professional who guides others in reconnecting with stillness and presence through gentle, soulful practices. Her sessions blend breathwork, guided meditation, and moments of reflection to support calm and clarity. Jen's passion is creating welcoming spaces that encourage balance, mindfulness, and inner peace.

Natasha is an educator, trainer, and proud mom with a passion for lifelong learning. She holds a master’s degree in Education with a specialization in Curriculum and Instruction and is a certified trainer dedicated to helping others grow through knowledge and creativity.
Fluent in three languages and currently learning two more, Natasha loves all things related to learning and language. When she’s not teaching, she enjoys knitting, dancing, baking, and scrapbooking. Her knitting style focuses on simple, practical projects that bring comfort and usefulness to everyday life.
